Caring for the Ears

To prevent itchiness in the ears, each time that you shower wash ears thoroughly and rinse in the oncoming water. After showering, dry ears thoroughly with cotton cloth of your pajama or underwear. If itchy ears are still a problem, rub around the outside of the ear canal with aloe vera gel.

As an alternative, dip a cotton swab into vinegar, squeeze out the excess on the rim of the bottle, and rub the cotton swab at the opening of each ear.

Only go as deep into the ear as the length of the cotton tip, since the ear canal is sensitive and can be damaged. Dry with cotton cloth.
