A Good Breakfast

Fresh fruit

Whole-grain cereal

Add 1/2 cup of water to 2 coffee scoops (1/4 cup) of oatmeal in a LARGE cereal bowl. Microwave for 2-3/4 minutes.

For flavor add
-1 heaping teaspoonful of sugar
-some milk
-some chopped almonds (or whole almonds) (bake raw almonds in the oven for an hour at 250 degrees)
My favorite cold cereal is Clusters.

To keep Mr. Coffee coffee pot from dripping brewed coffee down the sides of the coffee pot, pull on the stopper of the basket and rinse the drain hole after removing the coffee grounds.
