Fresh fruit
Whole-grain cereal
Add 1/2 cup of water to 2 coffee scoops (1/4 cup) of oatmeal in a LARGE cereal bowl. Microwave for 2-3/4 minutes.
For flavor add
-1 heaping teaspoonful of sugar
-some milk
-some chopped almonds (or whole almonds) (bake raw almonds in the oven for an hour at 250 degrees)
My favorite cold cereal is Clusters.
